InnoVest together with Softex, are in process of creating ITOC - InnoVest Technology Outsourcing Consortium (http://www.itoconsortium.com/), which will cater to projects in the US, Middle East & North Africa (MENA) and Central Asia markets. ITOC will be the preferred NearShore and OffShore platform for many of the InnoVest clients. ITOC is headquartered in Washington, DC with offices to be located in New York, San Jose,  Wuxi, Abu Dhabi, Baku, and Amman.

InnoVest, after 6 months of running a tight qualification process has selected 8 companies to form the ITOC and is inviting up to 45 high level representatives from industry, government, trade associations and academia, to harness the deliberation, forethought and leadership to form a board of advisors, that will recommend ITOC board of directors by providing guidance and expertise in improving performance and generating business value for global clients.
